Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping and delivery: Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Most of our products are fulfilled from US-based suppliers and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days after processing. During busy periods, delivery can occasionally take a few days longer.

Items that ship from overseas: Some of our products are fulfilled by an overseas partner and take longer to arrive, typically 10 to 14 business days after processing. Where this applies, we say so in that product's description, so you know the delivery time before you order. If you are unsure about a specific item, email us before ordering and we will confirm.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.

International shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.
