PawNoodle ("we", "us") operates pawnoodle.store and shop.pawnoodle.store, powered by Shopify. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit our sites or make a purchase.
Information we collect. Contact details (name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone if you provide it); payment information (processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers, we never see or store your full card number); order information (items you view, add to cart, purchase, or return); device and usage information (IP address, browser, and how you use the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies); and anything you send us by email.
How we use it. To fulfill your order (payment, shipping with our fulfillment partners, confirmations and tracking); to provide customer support; for marketing only if you subscribe (occasional emails about new arrivals and offers, unsubscribe anytime); for advertising measurement, using the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site (you can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on our site); and for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Who we share it with. Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments; fulfillment partners and carriers, who receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order; and marketing partners (such as Meta) for advertising measurement, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security. We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. No online transmission is 100% secure; please avoid sending sensitive information over unsecured channels.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email us and we will honor your request as required by law. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children. Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
