Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, email us at hiranmayi.shopify@gmail.com and we will send you step-by-step instructions, including where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hiranmayi.shopify@gmail.com.
